But he doesn’t know how to turn that into something people can actually buy.
This is a different kind of problem.
Most authors are trying to figure out if anyone cares.
This is what happens when they do.
The instinct is to step back and design the perfect offer: a program, a course, something scalable.
But that’s where people get stuck.
Because the offer doesn’t come from planning.
It comes from practice.
The people asking don’t care about the structure yet.
They just want help.
So the starting point isn’t building something big.
It’s saying yes, once.
Helping one person.
Learning from it.
And letting the real offer emerge from the work.
